Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Beauty Club Terms

*OFF PEAK Membership Bookings: Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, Sat 8am-12pm, Sun 10am-6pm. Peak Memberships can book anytime. Beauty Club Credit can be redeemed against any full-priced treatment. 6 month minimum joining period. Yuu Beauty monthly promotions cannot be redeemed against Beauty Club Credit. Beauty Club credit cannot be rolled over each month. Gift Vouchers for members who recommend a friend to join the Beauty Club are awarded after 3 months. Appointments carry a 48hr cancellation policy, any less than 48hrs notice will result in a deduction of 50% off the full treatment cost.
